4. Products, descriptions & pricing

• We sell physical books and related media focused on information technology and computer science.
• We strive to describe products accurately, but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.
• All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices, products, and availability at any time without notice.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and a contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount charged.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cards, digital wallets, and third-party financing or “buy now, pay later” providers. When you pay using a third-party financing provider, your use of that service is also subject to that provider’s own terms and credit approval, and any dispute regarding the financing arrangement is between you and that provider. Payment information is processed securely by our payment processors; we do not store full card details on our servers.

Delivery timeframes, costs, and methods are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or to you, as applicable under local law.

8. Returns & refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, including where a financing provider was used.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Do not resell products obtained from us except as expressly permitted.
