Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $75.00.
• A flat standard shipping rate applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold; the exact amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.

3. Delivery estimates

• Domestic standard: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited: typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

4. Packaging

Every order ships in protective, archival-friendly packaging designed to keep your books in pristine condition during transit.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us at info@octalearning.store.

6. International duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

7. Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply).

8. Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll resolve it — see our Refund & Returns Policy.
